Forms Help

Forms can be complicated.  Not only do you need to know the HTML to create the form, but you also must create a place for the information to go.

If you need help getting a Form to send it's data to you in an e-mail, check out the Premier site support pages on Form Processing.  The scripts to handle form processing are only part of the Premier service plans.  If you have Discount or Personal service plans, you will need to install the GCI scripts yourself.  Check the CGI page for resources to find scripts.
