If you are sending an e-mail message neomail may timeout if you take a long time to type the message. If it does timeout, you might NOT be able to recover the message. The only way that we have found to recover the message is to hit the back button in your browser. Copy the message. Log back into Neomail and create a new mail message. Paste the message into the new message and try sending it again. If you are planning on typing a long message or your typing speed is slow, we recommend typing the message off line and then copying and pasting it into Neomail. We recommend that you set up an e-mail client (Outlook, Eudora Mail, etc.) to send and receive mail and use Neomail for on-the-road or away-from-office use.
